Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information carolinaexpansionpartners.com collects when you use it, why we collect it, and how you can control it. It covers this website only — not calls you make directly to our office line, and not anything you tell an agent in person.

We collect your name, phone number, and email address only when you give it to us — for example when you:

• ask for a callback from the site,
• save a search to get listing alerts, or
• fill out the “Join the team” recruiting form.

You don’t need an account or a login to browse listings or use the search map.

When you ask for a callback, an automated assistant calls the number you gave us and connects you with a licensed agent on our team. The assistant tells you on the call that it’s an AI assistant, not a person. Calls placed this way are recorded, and the assistant discloses that on the call as well.

By requesting a call you agree to be called at this number by Carolina Expansion Partners, including by an AI assistant that connects you to an agent. Consent isn’t a condition of any purchase.

Saved search / listing alerts

By saving this search you agree to receive listing alerts by email from Carolina Expansion Partners. Unsubscribe anytime with one click.

If you save a search, we email you when matching listings hit the market, on the schedule you chose (instant, daily, or weekly). Every alert email has a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom — no login and no phone call needed.

Our map is built with Mapbox, which loads map tiles from Mapbox’s own servers whenever you view a map on our site — see Mapbox’s privacy policy for how they handle that. The site also shows our Google Business Profile rating using Google’s Places service; that request goes to Google from our server, not from your browser — see Google’s privacy policy.

We don’t run advertising trackers, ad pixels, or third-party marketing cookies on this site, and we don’t sell your personal information to anyone.

Your information lives in our database, hosted by Supabase, and the site itself runs on Vercel — both are U.S.-based hosting providers we’ve chosen for their security practices.

We keep callback requests and saved-search records while your search is active, and for up to 24 months after your last activity, whichever comes first. Call recordings may be kept indefinitely.

Email us any time to ask what we have on file, correct it, or delete it. You can also unsubscribe from alert emails with one click, or ask an agent to stop calling you.

This site isn’t directed at anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect information from children.

If you live in a state with its own privacy law, you may have additional rights over your information. Email us and we’ll help.

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
