The typical Burlington-area home was worth $294,279 in July, up 1.6% from a year ago.

FHFA’s repeat-sales index for the Burlington metro is up 5.4% over the year through Q2 2026. 183 homes sold across Alamance County in May, down 33.9% from a year earlier; 569 were for sale at the end of the month.
