FHFA’s repeat-sales index for the Greensboro-High Point metro is up 4.5% over the year through Q2 2025. 713 homes sold across Guilford, Randolph and Rockingham counties in August, down 5.8% from a year earlier; 2,385 were for sale at the end of the month.
