The typical High Point-area home was worth $249,924 in August, down 0.5% from a year ago.

FHFA’s repeat-sales index for the Greensboro-High Point metro is up 4.5% over the year through Q2 2025. 140 homes sold across High Point, Jamestown, Archdale and Trinity in August, down 15.2% from a year earlier; 447 were for sale at the end of the month.
