The typical High Point-area home was worth $250,163 in September, down 0.3% from a year ago.

FHFA’s repeat-sales index for the Greensboro-High Point metro is up 3.1% over the year through Q3 2025. 155 homes sold across High Point, Jamestown, Archdale and Trinity in September, up 12.3% from a year earlier; 465 were for sale at the end of the month.
